Judith holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Auckland and qualifications in project management, international business and marketing. She has experience in business development, operations, contract, project and programme management. Judith is also Programme Manager for EpiGen, a global biomedical research consortium, and was Strategic Operating Officer of a national research centre of excellence based at the Liggins Institute at the University of Auckland.
